To be Operable in 22 countries, However no iOS support yet.

Microsoft has decided to launch its game Streaming Platform, called as xCloud on 15th of next month exclusively for Android Devices, By this exclusive launch Microsoft aims to rival Google's Stadia.

The Project xCloud shall be coupled as a part of the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription, for $14.99 per month with a claimed promise of more than 100 games available on Android tablets and phones.
Sorry iPhone users you guys will have to wait as it isn't for iOS users yet.

Microsft says its ambition is to scale cloud gaming through Xbox Game Pass available on all devices. The company, however, has been testing the same on iOS too, but the tests have been limited due to Apple's App Store policies.

It is launching in 22 countries including Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, and the USA.

The Cloud shall also launch as a beta as Microsoft aims that this service should be used globally. Microsoft will stop its free xCloud preview on September 11th as it plans to launch an updated Xbox Game Pass app with game streaming on 15th.
It is interesting that the versions that will be given to One-store in Korea & the Galaxy Store for Samsung users worldwide shall both include in-app purchase capabilities,
according to Microsoft that the Google Play Store version will not.

The company also wishes to partner with Razer, PowerA, 8BitDo, & Nacon to create gadgets ready to be used for xCloud. Along with that, you'll also be able to use Xbox One controllers and Sony's DualShock 4 controllers to play games on the service.
